2024 Election Dates and Early Voting Information

State Primary: August 6, 2024

Early voting for the State Primary will held from Saturday, July 27, 2024 thru Sunday, August 4, 2024.  The Early Voting Center will be located at the Erie Township Hall and will be open between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The precinct canvass of early votes tabulated for Erie Township and the City of Luna Pier will take place at the Erie Township Hall, 2065 Erie Rd., on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 8:00 p.m.

The Monroe County Clerk has prepared information regarding early voting, available HERE. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING POLLING LOCATION CHANGE:  The Erie Township Election Commission

adopted a resolution on December 4, 2023 to permanently consolidate Precinct 1 (Morin Point Fire Station) and Precinct
2
(Erie Township Hall).  This combination results in a new PRECINCT 1, which includes every registered voter in Erie Township. 

 

VOTING WILL NO LONGER BE HELD AT MORIN POINT FIRE STATION.

 

 ALL VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE AT:

Erie Township Hall

2065 Erie Rd.

Erie, MI 48133

This change was made in accordance with Michigan Election Law, Public Act 116 of1954, MCL 168.654 to 168.661, as amended, and Public Act 226 of 2023

General Election: November 5, 2024
