Erie Township Hall Holiday Hours:

Thanksgiving - Closed - Thursday, November 27
                                        and Friday, November 28
Christmas - Closed - Wednesday, December 24,
                                   Thursday, December 25 and
                                   Friday, December 26.
New Years - Open - Wednesday, December 31,
                                   from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
                      Closed - Thursday, January 1, 2009
                                     and Friday, January 2, 2009.

Issuing of Burn Permits:  Effective immediately, all residents will be required to have the burn permit in their posession prior to burning.  You may acquire a burn permit either by coming to the township hall to get one, or if you have e-mail or a fax machine, you may call and get one over the phone.  If none of these options work for you we also have a resident pick-up box by the front door or we can mail the permit to you.

 Yard Waste Bags are available at the township hall for $.40 each.
The price of BFI Tags has increased. They are now $1.50 each and are available at the township hall.

ATTENTION SENIOR CITIZENS:

MCOP offers application assistance to Medicare Part D and Social Security extra help enrollees.
An MCOP advocate will be at the Erie Township Hall once a month beginning January 14, 2008 on the second Monday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  They will help with services such as tax credits, medicaid applications or renewals, insurance questions and many other areas that they can help the seniors with.
