Erie Township Trustee Vacancy

Erie Township will be accepting resumes and letters of interest to fill the vacancy of the Township Trustee in accordance with MCL 116 of 1954.

To be eligible you must be a qualified elector of the township and a registered voter.

The appointed individual will hold the office for the remainder of the unexpired term.

Resumes and letters of interest will be accepted by the Clerk until June 3, 2019.

New FEMA Flood Maps Minimize


FEMA has provided us with a new Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). FEMA will be opening the 90-day period provided for the opportunity to appeal the proposed information. This is the next step in the process to make a final adoption of the new maps (FIRMs). Attached you will find the Notice and information on the appeal period. The Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) can be reviewed by the public at the Erie Township Office during normal business hours.. (click here for entire Notice/Press Release)

 Property Tax Payments may be made using Credit or Debit Cards. There is a fee for this service using a 3rd party vendor, Point & Pay. To make a payment follow the Property Information Online link below, locate your property, review tax information and click pay taxes button.
