Flood Map Info Minimize
The Department of Homeland Security, FEMA division, has issued NEW preliminary flood maps for all of Monroe County. The maps my be reviewed on the FEMA website or the Erie Township office. Please review this notice for more infomation: Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for Monroe County 
Credit Card Payments

Beginning July 1, 2011 Property Tax Payments may be made using Credit or Debit Cards. There is a fee for this service using a 3rd party vendor, Point & Pay. To make a payment follow the Property Information Online link below, locate your property, review tax information and click pay taxes button. Attention Residents, Scam Alert!!!
The Police Department has been flooded with concerned citizens calling and reporting phone scams.  I am advising people not to give money out to anyone calling and asking for money.  I am also warning people not to give out any personal information over the phone.  A lot of times scammers are calling to see if anyone is home, or they will tell you that you won a prize and want to know when they can deliver it.  They are doing this to see when they can stop by and break in to your house.  If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  Remember, nothing is Free.  If you think you are being scammed, call us at the Police Department and we will see if we can help.  734-848-4082  Remember folks to keep an eye on each other.  If you see something suspicious, please call Central Dispatch in Monroe at 734-243-7070 or dial 911.
